When will my order be shipped?

Our items are made to order, so please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packing. Once processed, delivery within the US typically takes 2–5 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking information.

I received the wrong item or a damaged one.

Our apologies! Please email us at support@kinsentials.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll get the correct one sent out to you right away.

How do I exchange or return an item?

No worries, just send us an email at support@kinsentials.com within 30 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t get it.

If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your package, please double-check your shipping address, especially apartment or unit numbers. If everything looks correct, email us at support@kinsentials.com with your full address and order number, and we’ll look into it.
